Not your average chinos. We’ve ditched all that “middle management, Trump-alike ugliness” replacing it with proper cloth and quality make, packed with substance in a smart military style. Made from a soft 9oz peached 100% cotton drill cloth from Brisbane Moss in Todmorden. Cotton is from the US, woven, dyed and finished in Turkey. There’s enough tension in the weave and weight of the cloth to give a nice firm drape without being too heavy. Pocketing is the same heavier weight 100% cotton as per all our latest denim jeans. British-made horn buttons for the fly and back pockets. Smart side seam front pockets (secret pocket as always in the left pocket bag). Two rear welt pockets with buttoned flaps and sewn in button bearers. Amelia has designed this pattern with details drawn from two pairs of military chinos from the 1950s, one Italian and one American. She then added our modern relaxed taper fit to this vintage style.
